Delivery is made by mail. Delivery time is 14 to 30 days.
After sending a parcel, you will receive an e-mail with a track number, enabling you to track the whereabouts of your order. To track the location or last point of stay your parcel, you need to go to the website of Russian post and enter the tracking number. Or enter the track number here.
Orders shipped to other countries also may be subject to import duties or local taxes in accordance with the policies of the country concerned. To obtain accurate information about possible duties on imports we suggest you should contact the customs authorities in your country.

Return and exchange of goods

Our customers are very important for us so we realize  that it can some difficulties occur  with the selection of the size of the goods. So we’d like to inform you that in the case of the wrong size chosen you can exchange your bought item  to the right size one. In this case we pay for shipping of the being exchanged  item, you pay for the return of unsuitable good(s).
Also you can return any purchased product of good quality just in the case if you don’t like within 7 days after receipt of the parcel.
This product should be performed in the following conditions:
• the product has not been used
• salable condition (tags, labels, original packaging) and consumer properties of the goods,
• the completed return form that is attached to the package or complete it here.
Not returnable: hosiery; underwear.
For a refund you should:
• pack the returned item in a package or carton;
• fill in the return form that was enclosed in the parcel. It should be noted the reason for return, method of return of funds to specify the number of returned items;
• collect packed item and return form in one package and send it by Mail to the address: Russia, 196650 St. Petersburg, Kolpino, str. Finlandskaya, d. 24A
Blank account and receipt of the shipment, and the originals of other documents relevant to the refund, save up to receive money.
The refund will be made via PayPal or to your account (depending on how you paid for the order) within 10 (ten) working days from the date we receive the return.
If the returned item is damaged or used, we reserve the right to apply sanctions in the amount of 50% of the value of the goods or to refuse the return. You will be provided pictures of the damage and our justification
